No Return Policy for Eatable Items

  • No Returns or Exchanges: Once an order is placed and delivered, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of eatable items for any reason, including taste preferences, allergic reactions, or changes of mind.
  • Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If you receive an item that is damaged or different from your order, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of delivery. We will review the issue and may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
  • Quality Assurance: We take utmost care in packaging and shipping our products to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. However, external factors beyond our control, such as transit conditions, may occasionally affect the packaging, but this does not impact the quality of the product inside.
